I kind of thought it might be a version problem. Just so you know, I sent an invite from Office 365 Outlook to his Office 365 Outlook and it still failed. So somehow, when the POP3 account downloads the mail into his local PST, it's twisting it. Also, when his partner receives the invite in Outlook 2010, it works just fine (same invite, sent to them both). Yet, when we check his webmail he can do all of that (it's POP3 mail, so that doesn't help us).
